Divine Dining - Sublime Restaurant

If you don't have time to cook and you live in southern
Florida, call Ft. Lauderdale's Sublime Restaurant, the
new creation of internationally known animal rights activist
Nanci Alexander and her partner Terry Dalton, founder
of Unicorn Village Market and Restaurant in Miami (954.615.1431,
www.sublimeveg.com). I've been hearing about Nanci's vision
for quite a while, and from what I'm told about Sublime,
the food is incredible. Recommended appetizers include
Spicy Tempura Cauliflower Frito Misto, Fire Roasted Jumbo
Whole Artichokes and an array of vegetarian sushi. I'd
go for the Organic Mojito, made with papaya, rum and mint.
Florida never had it so good.
